(More customer reviews)No problems with the order, arrived intact and with all the parts.Had seen a similar (identical?) stool at Bed Bath and Beyond, but not in the color we wanted,so knew we were not ordering a high end stool.You may need to have some larger wood screws to attach the pads durning assembly, the included screws stripped out about 1/2 the time.The stools were what we expected for the price paid, so no complaints.
