(More customer reviews)The stool is very comfortable to sit in. That's something I wouldn't have guessed when I bought my first one mostly based on its style.
The biggest problem, and the reason why I'm on my third one in two years, is that the welds at the base of the stool are prone to break. Too much leaning while seated is the likely cause.
