(More customer reviews)I ordered 4 Parson's chairs from Amazon. I believe The Furniture Cove Company is responsible for the production of the chairs. I am disappointed with the quality of work and will not ever buy anything from this company again. The following is a list of problems we encountered:

*there was no indication that the chairs had to be assembled by the buyer

*the pieces were very poorly machined

*there were several screws and bolts missing and one screw was the wrong size

*the metal bolts had splinters of metal sticking out which tore up fingers

(More customer reviews)For this price, you couldn't ask for anything better. Great quality. Cushion wasn't as "cushiony" as i would have liked, but for this price, i will not complain. These are worth way more than what we paid. Would highly recommend. Like the looks and quality of these chairs more than most dining chairs we looked at that were at least twice or three times the amount.

(More customer reviews)Just finished putting together 4 of these chairs and they are great!Super easy assembly- it only took me a little over an hour to do all 4.The cushions are definitely more brown than they appear in the picture which I am glad to see.Make sure to hold the cushions tight to the frame when screwing on the seats because the holes are not pre-drilled and they kind of wanted to wiggle which would have made them not straight.But I was able to get them all lined up easily and I was assembling solo. The only weird thing is two little holes at the top of each chair underneath the last horizontal top piece.Barely noticeable, but not sure why the holes are there.The best thing about them is the backs are very tall which looks nice at the table.They feel very sturdy and I am very pleased.The price can't be beat!Enjoy!
